Find the rules that apply to your agents

Start from your sector or from the obligation. Each page shows what Vidimus tests on the agent, what it checks in your documents, and what you receive.

By sector

  • Banks

Customer chatbots under Article 50, credit scoring under Annex III (the list of high-risk uses), and every agent in a critical function under DORA.

Article 50, Annex III 5(b), DORA

  • Insurers

Claims and customer agents under Article 50, life and health pricing under Annex III, and DORA for insurers in its scope.

Article 50, Annex III 5(c), DORA

  • Industrial groups and other regulated organisations

Article 5 (prohibited practices) applies to every agent today, and Article 50 (transparency) to every agent that talks to people or generates content. HR agents that screen candidates or evaluate staff carry high-risk duties from 2 December 2027. Talk to us.

    Article 5, Article 50, Annex III 4

By obligation

  • High-risk AI (Annex III)

Human oversight, robustness and the duties of the organisation using the system (the deployer), tested on the live agent; process duties checked in your documents.

    From 2 December 2027

  • Article 50 transparency

Test that your agent says it is an AI, keeps saying it under pressure, and marks what it generates.

    Since 2 August 2026

  • DORA for financial entities

A checklist with evidence, plus behavioural tests, and each agent’s rows for your register of information (the DORA list of your ICT providers).

    Since 17 January 2025
